Destinations and charges
Available destinations, address eligibility, delivery restrictions and shipping charges are disclosed before payment.
Processing up to 7 business days
Order preparation may take up to 7 business days after confirmation of the order and payment. This includes necessary checks, preparation, packing and handover to the carrier. Processing time is additional to transit time.
We will promptly contact you if information is needed to fulfil delivery. Changes to the contracted timeframe require appropriate notice and agreement where necessary; stock shortages or internal difficulties do not automatically extend the deadline.
Transit up to 25 business days
After dispatch, delivery may take up to 25 additional business days. Including processing, the total agreed timeframe may therefore reach 32 business days. We will make every reasonable effort to deliver as quickly as possible.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in the warehouse's country of origin and the destination country. Each stage is counted from the business day following its triggering event. A different timeframe expressly agreed for a particular order prevails for that order.
The processing and delivery timeframes are disclosed before purchase. By placing your order, you acknowledge the timeframe actually disclosed and agreed before payment. This does not remove statutory rights or permit unlimited delay.
If we anticipate exceeding the agreed deadline, we will contact you and explain the applicable options. Rights concerning essential delivery dates, delay, any required additional period and termination for non-performance remain unaffected.
Fulfilment from Asia
Orders may be dispatched from our warehouse in Asia. This international fulfilment arrangement is disclosed before purchase.
Orders may arrive in separate parcels without unauthorised additional charges. Tracking information will be supplied for each parcel where available.
Tracking and delivery issues
Where available, tracking details are sent by email. Creating a shipping label does not necessarily mean the carrier has collected the parcel. International tracking can have gaps between updates.
If the agreed delivery deadline expires without delivery, contact NORVEXANA. We will investigate with the warehouse and carrier and provide the remedy required by applicable law. You are not required to resolve the issue alone with the carrier.
Correct addresses and amendments
You are responsible for checking that your delivery details are complete, accurate and accessible, including the recipient's name, street, house number, apartment, postcode, city, country and necessary contact details.
Report mistakes immediately. After processing begins, address corrections may not be possible. A requested change is effective only after our written confirmation.
Where failed delivery is demonstrably caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by you, you may bear actual, reasonable and documented additional correction, reshipment or return costs, where permitted by law. We will explain the costs and available options before charging for a new service. Errors attributable to NORVEXANA, the warehouse or the carrier are not your responsibility.
Delivery attempts and collection
Please cooperate with reasonable delivery or collection instructions. Refusing delivery or failing to collect a parcel does not, by itself, constitute a clear notice of statutory withdrawal.
For issues demonstrably attributable to the customer, legally recoverable actual reshipment or return costs may apply. We will explain the parcel's status and available options. A carrier status marked delivered is evidence to assess, not conclusive proof in every case.
Loss damage and transfer of risk
Where we arrange transport, the risk of loss or damage remains with NORVEXANA until delivery to you or your nominated recipient as provided by law. Where you independently commission a carrier not proposed by us, the specific statutory rules apply.
Shipping protection is not necessary to receive remedies we are legally required to provide.
Customs duties and import taxes
Any import taxes, customs duties or clearance fees lawfully payable by the customer must be disclosed before purchase as required by applicable law. An international shipping origin does not, by itself, make the customer responsible for unspecified charges. Customs formalities do not remove your rights concerning performance of the contract.
Optional delivery services
Any optional priority or express service has its own actual benefit, price and timeframe disclosed before payment. If a paid delivery benefit is not provided, the applicable legal remedies remain available.
For cancellation, returns and refund treatment of shipping charges, see our Return and Refund Policy. For other optional services, see our Terms of Service.
