For order, delivery, cancellation, return, complaint or privacy enquiries, address your request to NORVEXANA. Include your order number where relevant and a description of the issue. Do not send full payment-card details or authentication codes.

Our registered office is not necessarily a return location. Change-of-mind returns are directed to our warehouse in Asia. Obtain the correct return instructions before sending goods back. Internal approval is not a condition for exercising a statutory right.
